Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team! As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our HR department in the development and execution of HR strategy, policies and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

Experience in talent acquisition and management, recruitment and selection, or human resources advisory services is an asset

Good understanding of the full recruitment process and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.

Implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.

Knowledge of Performance Management, Career Development support.

Performing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.

Work closely with payroll and other departments, exercising discretion while working with highly confidential information

Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements

Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economy, or equivalent related degrees to HR functions

At least 2-3 years of professional experience of progressive and hands-on Human Resources and Administrative functions

Proficiency in MS Office

Good command of English is a must
