Responsibilities

Lead marketing and sales team

Lead sales and marketing team to achieve annual and long-term sales goals

Develop marketing and sales strategy, goals, milestones, and marketing and sales plan

Supervise team members – business development manager, assistant marketing and sales manager, and local sales coordinator.

Lead sales and business development efforts

Develop and implement long-term sales and business development strategy

Work with company directors to refine long term marketing strategy

Interface with customers to understand their needs and wants to continuously refine the company’s messaging

Determine best channels for reaching target customers

Supervise the creation of professional marketing content to drive sales

Qualifications

Bachelors' degree in business administration, marketing or related field

Certificate in leadership, project management or other relevant areas

3-5 years in sales

2 years experience leading a sales team

Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Negotiation skills

Customer service

Empathetic

Integrity

Analytical and critical thinking skill
