Job Vacancy:Sales & Marketing Executive
Role Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for delivering sales results by driving the sales and marketing efforts of the company’s products in the market to ensure that the company meets and exceeds set sales projections and meet client’s expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Promote sales of the company’s products in the target market;
Liaise with technical team to ensure seamless delivery of the customer orders;
Carry out channel sales activities for distributors and clients to generate revenue;
Establish and manage client relationships to generate more business;
Manage existing and new customer accounts for current and future business;
Schedule and conduct customer meetings and products presentations and demonstrations;
Respond to clients needs by preparing and presenting customer quotations;
Planning and executing marketing activities to ensure market share and presence;
Train and educate clients and partners on product portfolio and complimentary services;
Address partner related issues like product quality, returns and pricing in a timely manner.
Carry out other sales and marketing related duties as directed by management.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a Degree in Sales & Marketing from a reputable university;
Holding a professional qualification in Sales & Marketing will be
an added advantage;
Over 3 years competitive work experience in a similar position working in a plastic manufacturing industry;
Must be able to exhibit a high level of competence & proof of out-going personality
Must exhibit oral & written proficiency in both English & Kiswahili languages.
Must be of unquestionable integrity with no past criminal record.
Must be able to work under no supervision.
