Job Summary / Role Description

  • Tasked with managing the transfer of custody of Systems, Structures and Components from Construction to Commissioning, and Project to Owners and Operations Organizations.

    Duties and Responsibilities

  • Go through existing QA/QC Inspection Test Plan (ITP), identify critical checks / testing that will be monitored through the Systems Completion Process to ensure Systems are handed over, Physically Complete as Designed, Safe, Tight, Clean, Inspected, Tested and Documented.

  • Ensure above mentioned check sheets meet acceptable quality and safety measures, if not, existing ITR’s will be replaced with.

  • Development of Full Construction and Pre-Commissioning Checklist covering all Tagged items within the project scope.Inspect and determine that all parties are completing the required check sheets for specific phases of construction, Pre-commissioning and completions in compliance with Systems Completions Plan to achieve acceptance.

  • Ensure that all disciplines and departments are aligned with required documentation and procedures for an efficient / flawless Turnover of systems.

  • Schedule / Organize / Lead required tri-party walk downs nearing mechanical completion.

  • Generation and Management of project master punch list by category, populate Systems Completion Database with punch list by System / Sub-System.

  • CCMS Coordinator – Responsible for ensuring correct population the Systems Completions Database by agreed hierarchy i.e. System, Sub-System, Discipline, Tagged Item.Tracking and Reporting of construction and commissioning status of the project, ensure that daily progress reports are generated and accurate.

  • Responsible and Owner of all Systems Completions Certification for handover to Client.

  • Daily contact with System Owners, highlight any potential delays / obstacles
    that may hinder flawless system handover and highlight same to management.

  • Ensure that all Documents for Operations deliverables are developed and delivered prior to equipment startup.

    Person Specification

    Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • University Degree or equivalent Study background.

    Experience:

  • Management experience for an EPC company in
    for, at least, two plants as Turn Over Coordinator (TOC)

    Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail, management skills

  • Team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution
