Meru National Polytechnic Procurement Officer Jobs in Kenya






Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:-

  • Purchasing and warehousing;

  • Storekeeping;

  • Procuring goods and services;

  • Preparation of reports;

  • Keeping track of performance contracting targets;

  • Assist in implementing the procurement plan;

  • Carrying out market surveys and research; and

  • Any other duty assigned


    Job Specification

    For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have

  • Bachelor's degree in the following disciplines: Business Management, Commerce, Business Administration (Supplies Management Option), Purchasing and Supplies Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;

  • Member of a professional body;

  • One year's experience in a relevant filed; and

  • Certificate in computer application skills.
