Sales Persons

We are seeking to recruit proactive and self-driven individuals to fill the position of sales persons in Mt. Kenya region, Lower and Upper Eastern and Nairobi regions.

Reporting to the sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets and to ensure achievement of maximum sales profitability and growth within the assigned route or market segment by efficiently selling the company’s product.

Supply and secure new business customers and distributors.

Ensuring timely sales of fresh milk, yoghurt and other products to customers and distributors .

Research to identify sector opportunities and maintain existing ones to increase customer base

Research in competition market and monitor trends in sales.

Attend to customer enquiries and queries and escalate to the sales manager if necessary.

Taking daily orders and deliveries to distributors and customers, collect cheques, banking slips and ensuring submission to accounts office,

Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Degree in sales and marketing or its equivalent

At least two (2) years’ experience of fresh milk in FMCG

Flexible working hours

Must have a valid driving license

Fluent in English and Kiswahili.
