Meru Highlands dairy, an associate of Meru Supreme industries has put up a state of the art milk processing plant which will be commissioned by April 2019.

We are committed to producing high quality milk products that will meet our customer satisfaction in the entire nation and beyond and are seeking to recruit motivated and experienced individuals in the following positions.

Production Manager
Job Objective

The production Manager will be required to manage the production of Meru Highlands dairy products on daily basis as well as supervising the personnel involved in the production lines and coming up with new products to spur the company to its vision.

Minimum qualifications, Experience Knowledge and skills

Job holders should have a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Bachelor of Science in Dairy Technology and Management.

Should Have Five years and above working experience in a dairy plant at the same level or equivalent.

Must be a team leader and team builder and have good people management skills.

Ability to plan and meet agreed targets.

Possess good communication and problem solving skills.
