Merchandisers Jobs in Kiambu, Machakos and Kitui ,Kenya


Responsibilities

  • Selling products to prospective clients.

  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.

  • Providing complete and appropriate solutions for consumers to maximum satisfaction.

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets within the given deadlines.

  • Promote teamwork among sales staff.

  • Daily Sales upload based on daily sales achieved

  • Daily stock upload on retail platform based on the shop stock quantity levels.

  • Daily sales report before 9p.m

  • Daily check in at the respective shop before 10:00 am

  • Daily check out after 5:30pm based on your check in time.

  • Enhance relationships with the shop staffs/Managers in the shops

  • Maintaining neatness/cleanliness at the work display

  • Promotion of Products through social media

  • Observing and maintaining Uniform Policy

  • Monthly Live Display Units and Asset Scan

  • Assist the City Manager in Sales Data Collection.

  • Report any Market Trends and Competitors information to the City Manager / Regional Manager.

  • Solve any Promoter Problems when called upon.
    Ensure Proper Ethics at work.

  • Accountability for one’s Actions

  • Any other responsibility requested by the City Manager / Regional Manager / head office
