    Description

    Our client, a leading Mental Healthcare Provider in Nairobi wishes to recruit an experienced Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for performing organizational and departmental administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient operations.

    Key Performance Areas

  • Management of calls and visitors
  • Administrative and clerical support
  • Management of documents, information and correspondences
  • Coordination and scheduling of meetings, workshops and guests visits
  • Billing
  • Clients Credit management

    Duties and Responsibilities

  • Screen all telephone calls, enquiries/requests and handle them appropriately
  • Handle all official incoming emails/mails and route them appropriately and respond to routine emails/mails on behalf of the Finance & Administration Manager.
  • Account for all monies collected on daily basis by submitting the M-PESA and Visa sales summaries to the Accountant at the end of shift
  • Render good customer services to both staff and visitors.
  • Assist other staff when the need arises in order to foster overall positive working environment
  • Ensure that no corporate staffs are denied credits services and in
    case of doubt seek guidance from manager on duty.
  • Follow up individual clients and corporate clients accounts to ensure that their sufficient credit for service.
  • Provide office orientation for new employees
  • Schedule appointments and meetings on behalf of company.
  • Be the liaison person for all corporate queries
  • Billing

    Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications Required
  • Diploma in front office, Diploma in Business Administration, Diploma in Business management, CPA II or any other hospitality qualifications of a period of not less than 3 years
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
  • Microsoft office packages proficiency
  • 3 year experience in a busy office setting in front office or Customer care.
