Mediamax Network Radio Producer Jobs in Kenya; We are seeking a creative and highly organized Radio Producer to manage the planning, production, and execution of radio programs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of audio content creation, excellent editorial judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires close collaboration with on-air talent, technical staff, and external contributors to deliver engaging, high-quality radio content.

Their key responsibilities include:

Develop and produce engaging radio content, including music shows, interviews, talk shows, and special features.

Work closely with presenters and on-air talent to plan show structure and content.

Research topics, write scripts, and prepare briefing notes.

Book guests and arrange interviews, ensuring all contributors are well-prepared.

Oversee live and pre-recorded shows, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to broadcast standards.

Edit audio content for clarity, timing, and sound quality using digital audio software.

Monitor listener feedback and ratings to adapt and improve programming.

Coordinate with marketing and promotions teams to support audience engagement.

Ensure compliance with legal and ethical broadcasting standards.

Manage production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
