Médecins Sans Frontières Face‑to‑Face Fundraiser Jobs in Kenya

MSF; is an international independent medical humanitarian organisation providing assistance to people affected by conflicts, epidemics, disasters and exclusion from healthcare. MSF Eastern Africa focuses on representation, recruitment, communications, fundraising, diversity, equity and inclusion, data protection, training, medical operational support and environmental health.

Rationale/Objective

The Face‑to‑Face Fundraiser represents MSF in public locations, engaging members of the public in meaningful conversations about MSF’s humanitarian work and converting interest into committed regular donors and single‑gift donors.

Key Responsibilities

Approach and engage members of the public professionally at assigned sites.

Deliver compelling narratives about MSF’s humanitarian mission and programmes.

Create awareness among individuals unfamiliar with MSF.

Handle questions and objections; invite individuals to commit to regular or single donations.

Process donor sign‑ups using approved MSF tools and channels.

Meet daily KPIs for donor sign‑ups and engagement quality.

Capture and record donor information accurately in line with MSF protocols.

Refer donor enquiries or complaints appropriately.

Provide feedback on recurring donor questions and public perceptions.

Work as part of the four‑person pilot team; contribute to a collaborative, target‑driven environment.

Attend required training, briefings, coaching and debrief meetings.

Follow deployment schedules and field procedures; maintain professional conduct.

Report daily activity, donor sign‑ups, contacts, challenges and incidents.
