McKinsey & Company Recruiter Jobs in South Africa

You’ll set recruiting strategy, build transparent attraction, assessment and cultivation processes based on McKinsey practices and manage day-to-day recruiting operations within the respective stream.

Who You'll Work With

You will be based in one of our EEMA offices and be a part of recruiting team and firm’s recruiting community. You will collaborate closely with the recruiting team and office leadership to lead recruiting strategy and candidate life cycle recruiting efforts for the office location and continue to innovate McKinsey’s recruiting strategy.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will work closely with the team to identify target groups of potential candidates and new methods for connecting with them. You will actively manage the candidate pipeline end-to-end and will be responsible for ensuring a first-class candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.

This includes candidate screening and cultivation, administering assessments, managing logistics and hosting interviews, particularly for and not limited to effort towards new sourcing strategies. You will also serve as a main contact for candidates throughout and manage recruiting data using existing tools and systems.

Qualifications

5+ years of solid experience in the recruitment field.

Proactive and detail-oriented personality.

Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.

Confident demeanor especially when working with senior consultants.

Demonstrated team player who takes initiative and ownership.

Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to build solid relationships.
