We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

The ideal person will receives and inspect all incoming materials.

Shall reconcile all materials ordered for with materials received in terms of quality and quantity.

Shall be responsible for the maintenance of the store ledger card,bin card and issuance of material receive note.

Shall adequately applied applicable stock management method to each store items.

Shall reconcile stock and discripancy regularly.

Shall be responsible for the issuance of items from store upon the receipt of approved store requisition note.

Maintaining accurate stock records using inventory management software in concert with physical count

Monitor Inventory levels and raise request for restocking on low inventory or alarm on surplus inventory

General housekeeping of the warehouse

Logistics management- packing, loading and offloading of goods

Stakeholders management and effective communication with in and across teams.

Requirements

Candidates

should possess an OND qualification with minimum of 1 year work experience.

The ideal candidate must reside within Oke-Ado, Challenge Axis in Ibadan.
