Requirements

  • Masters in Accounting or Business management
  • Certificate in Public Accountant (CPA-14)
  • Minimum eight Year, experience gained in a progressive organization with increased level of responsibility. Hospital experience is a significant addition.
  • Evidence of high degree of integrity
  • Strong inentonng and coaching experience in managing Human Resource Requirement.
  • Strong financial management skills in dealing with all aspects of Accounting and Finance Departmentment including statutory reporting. management reporting. external auditors and payroll.
  • Must have experience with Hospital Management Information systems and advance knowledge in MS excel

    Key responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and set objectives for the effectiveness and efficiency of the administrative services and financial and accounting systems
  • Possess technical and functional skills for all aspects of financial reporting and controls.
