Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced, creative Business Development Manager to join our growing organization.
  • In this position you will use a multitude of platforms to convert ads and promotions into increased revenue for our company.
  • You will seek to increase build brand awareness through both traditional and new media campaigns.
  • The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and develop marketing budgets, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections with respect to investments in marketing: allocate funds appropriately.
  • Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and marketing share but considers customer satisfaction and utility.
  • Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish and issue close out reports.
  • Work within a team of marketers to collaborately create an ad campaign.
  • Organize and attend marketing activities to raise brand awareness.
  • Oversee and coordinate open market above-the-line campaigns.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to purchase our products
  • Build strategic relationship and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
  • Oversee and approve marketing material from website banners to hard copy brochures.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess.

    Qualifications
  • B.Sc / M.Sc in Business Management or related field.
  • Demonstrable (5 - 6 years) experience in a sales and Marketing function.
  • Fluent of both spoken and
    written English.
  • A Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) professional diploma or a qualification from the Institute of Data and Marketing is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to try innovative Business/Marketing strategies.
  • Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once.
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good knowledge of marketing techniques.
  • Excellent MS office packages.
  • Creative with good commercial awareness attitude.
