Job DescriptionMaternity Foundation is a non-governmental international organization (registration number 2086) whose secretariat is based in Copenhagen, Denmark since 2006 G.C. Maternity Foundation is working to reduce maternal and new-born morbidity and mortality in low and middle income countries with a vision of “No women should die giving life”.
Maternity Foundation has been implementing different projects in Ethiopia since 2006 in Somali, Oromia and Gambella regions in different development and emergency interventions and supporting Ministry of Health at national level by revising training guidelines and providing capacity building trainings for health workers.
Maternity Foundation would like to invite interested audit firms to conduct audit for the budget year 2020 of the accounts of Maternity Foundation Country Office and its projects found in Gimble.
Job Requirements
Eligible Audit firms are invited to participate by submitting the following:
The firm’s profile
Trade license (Renewed for current year)
Certificate of competence from the Office of Federal Auditor General
Audit fee to be charged, clearly by indicating with or without VAT
Time to complete the audit
List of the staff members who will be deployed in the audit and their profiles.
Formally acknowledged to do the auditing by the Agency for Civil Sociey Organizations (ACSO)
Prior hands-on experience in auditing in International and local NGOs and other developmental organizations.
Experience on IPSAS adoption in an international & local NGOs more than two years
