Mater Misericordiae Hospital Administrative Assistant – School Of Nursing Jobs in Kenya



Main Duties

  • Handle student application letters, organize interviews, and communicate outcomes to applicants.

  • Maintain all school records to ensure easy retrieval.

  • Type all correspondence (including exams) with timely delivery to recipients.

  • Receive and screen visitors/messages to ensure efficient and effective customer satisfaction.

  • Order and monitor school supplies and stationery, ensuring usage is within budget allocation.

  • Perform any other duty assigned from time to time.

    Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Secretarial Stage II.

  • B.Ed. in Secretarial Studies desirable.

  • Computer literacy – MS Office.

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a busy senior office.

  • Keen attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Outstanding communication skills.

  • Adaptable and able to change assignments quickly on short notice.

  • High standards of personal integrity.

  • Ability to absorb instructions without extensive repetition.

  • Works well without close supervision.

  • Typing speed of at least 80 words per minute.

  • Strong customer service skills.
