Masters Scholarships to Study in Belgium

I applied for a masters of science programme in Environmental Sanitation at UGent. However, the scholarship I had applied for was not successful due to the exclusion of Zambia from countries that were to benefit.

How can I find a scholarship to enable me study in Belgium at Ugent?
