Master's Scholarship?

I am currently an undergraduate degree at Makerere university in Uganda in my final year and finishing this June but would like to continue with masters in the next intake in July.

My question is: How do i access the scholar any master's scholarship and what are some of the conditions for one to be eligible for the scholarship?
