Masters in Health Communication

I graduated with BSc Nursing from Haramaya universtiy in July with commulative GPA of 3.25 and am working as Health Communication Officer in Federal Ministry of Health in Ethiopia. I am looking for a scholarship in master Health Communication/Public Health for free because I am not able to cater for the fee.
