Masters in Gender and Peace Building

I have been given 50% tuition waiver to study at UPEACE. The program starts this coming August and I am required to raise $11 000 for tuition and about $15 000 for other costs. This is beyond my means. I need to pursue this Masters in Gender and Peace Building. How can I source that huge amount?
