Master Scholarship for Study in Africa

Where and how can I get a scholarship by the close of May to enable me pursue M.A (HRD) Sandwitch programme at the University of Cape Coast in Ghana. The cost of the two year programme is about GHC8,000 equivalent to about 4,000 Pounds or 6,000 Dollars.
