Responsibilities
  • Building, growing and motivating a team
  • Building business relationships
  • Looking out for business opportunities
  • Profitable finance management
  • Generating Management reports
  • Any other duties assigned by Supervisor

    Person Specification / Qualifications
  • Has and respect moral values (integrity)
  • MBA Degree / Degree or Diploma (Marketing option)
  • Two (2) years experience in a Management position
  • Headed a team of Supervisors or Managers
  • Good listener
  • Able to work both under high pressure or independently
  • Able to think on his / her feet
  • Worked in a Marketing Agency (BTL, ATL, PR) or in a Marketing Manager Position
  • Comes from Northern Uganda and can fluently speak and understand at least two local languages
  • Able to join within a months’ notice
