Back ground/Company Description:

Mariganama Agricultural Service Share Company is located at Denbel City Center building on 9th floor, established in February, 2022 by 51 members of AOSS (Agricultural One Stop Shopping centers). Its short and long term major objectives are:

  • Importing various Agro-chemicals, Veterinary medicines, Crop seeds, Agricultural machineries, & equipment, Fertilizer and distributing to farmers via its members.

  • Produce various pesticides & Veterinary medicines and distribute to local & export market.

  • Engaging in production of various Crop seed & multiplication of seed of pasture crops, agricultural mechanization service and manufacturing industries.

  • Engaging in Animal farming (poultry, dairy, apiculture etc) and veterinary service

  • Producing & exporting Livestock, Coffee, Spices, and Oil & pulse crops.

  • Export Crop & animal processed products

  • Produce & distribute animal feed & concentrate

  • Give advisory service & training in agricultural sector.

  • Establish Agricultural Colleges & training centers

  • Engage in transport service

  • Produce and process fruits and vegetables as well as process and sell to local and export market, etc

  • Give pesticide spray services

  • Engaging in whole sale of agricultural produces

    Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update all official personnel files & records for the Company on regular basis.

  • Prepare monthly staff list report for relevant departments.

  • Manage annual leave, sick leave liaise with head office HR (Human Resource)

  • Provide timely update to relevant departments particularly finance of any staff changes such as employment, promotion, resignation, transfer, etc

  • Communicate with HR on renewal of staff employment contracts accordingly & follow up staff contracts that are on probation & temporary basis.

  • Provide support and advice to line managers & employees
    regarding HR issues.

  • Facilitate all recruitment, transfer, promotion, resignation & related processes & document all accordingly.

  • Ensure all jobs vacancy notices are posted on the relevant notice boards within the Company Office, provide vacancy notice postings on time, and liaise with them.

  • Update all recruitment information and file following completion i.e short listed & non short listed CVs, exam results, interview results, etc.

  • Participating in recruitment short listing & interview as per the request of line managers.

  • Communicate/inform applicants who are not successful on their interview and/or written exam on time.

  • Organize induction programs for new staff joining the Company in consultation with line departments.

  • Follow up & make sure that staffs under your supervision have accomplished their obligation & execute their daily routine duties well including security of the office.

  • Ensure that office & the compound is clean; the toilets are properly working & clean and conducive for working.

    Job Requirements


  • Minimum of B.A/MBA. Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or related.

  • A minimum of 8 years for first degree & 6 years for second degree relevant experience.
