Manyur Technologies Limited is a leader in the renewable energy sector dealing with LED lighting, solar water heaters and solar panels.

We are looking to hire a Telesales Representative.

Roles / Activities

Make cold calls and email as shared by your supervisor.

Contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our new and existing products for cross selling and new lead conversion.

Tracks progress toward goals and documents sales performance.

Manage leads urgently by tracking, constant following up and closing the sales.

Qualifications

One must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

Degree / diploma

At least 1 year experience as a Telesales agent/Sales agent/Customer care agent

Good level of spoken and written English and Swahili

Thrives in a high pressure -target oriented environment

Resilient, cool tempered and able to handle rejection, not taking it personally

Good interpersonal skills with genuine interest in treating people, treating callers as individuals not just next number on the list.

You are charming and persuasive

Assertive yet polite and friendly.

Deep passion for sales and have a track record in selling
