ManPower Legal Officer Jobs in Kenya

Our client is a business company with various business units located in various parts of Kenya. They wish to recruit a Legal Officer who will provide overall legal expertise and support on legal issues relating to the functions, structures and activities of the organization and support management on issues pertaining to legal and regulatory framework and monitor compliance with legal and regulatory corporate governance requirements.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position the applicants must possess the following:

Have a Master's degree in Law ( LLM) and Bachelor's degree of Law (LLB) from an accredited institution and advocate of School of Law;

Postgraduate Diploma in Law from Kenya Schoolof law;

A minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience in a legal advisory institution and/or Public Service Sector matters and operations;

Admission to the Roll of Advocates of the high courts of Kenya;

A result-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, facilitation and interpersonal skills, a strategic planner
with attention to detail, and leadership skills;

Evidence of proficiency in computer applications;

Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public in Kenya;

A supervisory course lasting not less than
two (2) weeks from a recognized institution.
