Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Finance / Commerce or Member of ICPAK.

  • Proficient in IPSAS reporting.

  • Conversant with PFMA and related laws of Kenya.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ service in a similar position.

  • Skilled in finance modelling, accounting systems and internal auditing controls.

  • Adequate communication skills.

  • Team player with leadership and supervisory skills.

  • Computer literate.

  • Strong budget planning and negotiation skills.

  • No criminal record or association with fraudulent/unethical activities.
