  • Registered and licensed with the relevant professional council.

  • Computer literate.

  • Adequate inventory management skills.

  • Experience in materials and equipment management.

  • Experience in laboratory equipment and machines usage and maintenance.

  • Knowledge of materials testing and quality control.

  • Team player.

  • Skilled in concrete mixing and moulding.

  • Hands‑on experience in cabro making is an added advantage.

  • Leadership and supervisory skills.

  • Skilled in conflict resolution and behavior management.

  • No criminal record or association with fraudulent/unethical activities.

  • Must command respect.
