In this role, you'll:

Manage and improve the client journey, from scheduling to follow-ups

Lead call center operations to ensure timely, effective support

Collaborate with key departments to strengthen patient satisfaction

Promote our services through upselling and client education

Who they are looking for:

A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

2–4 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
