Job DescriptionBasic Job Description:Determine the demand for products offered at our outlets;
Study market share & work on competitive advantages;
Identify potential competitor’s, corporate customers & database management;
Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing profits while ensuring customers are
satisfied;
Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and locations;
Working with quality & food safety team to ensure product from 3rd party suppliers are up-to
standard, producer’s financial stability; government accreditation; and product quality.
Designing holiday & seasonal packages for promotion;
Customer loyalty & Customer relationship management
Responsibilities
Suggesting pricing strategies, based on market intelligence;
Customer feedback analyzing gaps & follow up actions taken/solutions accordingly
Balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction;
Designing packages based on knowledge of market characteristics, and cost and markup
factors;
Coordinate marketing activities to promote products; working with advertising and promotions
division;
Giving scheduled trainings to HO & FC staff;
Directly monitoring the delivery sales activates, resolving payment issues if any &
communicating with partner companies;
Select products to be displayed at trade shows & events or special production shows.
Consult with sales personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products in demand.
Oversee Budget – forecasts, sales VS budget ( on product category)
Analyze Campaign/ packages performance;
Business Development – Locations hunt for new branch or spot change;
Reporting on weekly & monthly bases.
Working hours
Working hours are generally 2am to 5pm, Monday to Friday & Saturday 2am -6am However, you may need to work extra hours or weekends when needed.

Job Requirements
Requirements
Proven 3 years or more experience as marketing executive or similar role;
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
Proficient in MS Office;
Excellent communication and people skills;
Strong organizational and time-management abilities;
Creativity and commercial awareness;
Note:
mandatory- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
