Lump in my Scrotum

I attended last year's KDF recruitment & I qualified but unfortunately there was a lump in my scrotum. I was advised by the medics to go seek further medical attention. I went to Aga khan hospital & had a surgery of which the lump was removed but in the process I lost my right testis. Now I am medically fit & I am humbly asking if I can get a chance again? Thanks in advance.
