Lucy Investment Partners is comprised of investment professionals with an array of expertise in all aspects of an investment cycle from deal origination to transaction advisory and financial modeling to investment management.
Individual members of the team have held senior positions at leading private equity, investment banking and multilateral financial institutions where they have gained tremendous exposure in fundraising, investor relations, deal structuring, negotiations and subsequently portfolio management in the Ethiopian context.
The team is looking to add a couple of dynamic Analysts to its team.
Duties
Acquire primary and secondary market and financial data sources
Conduct market, supply chain, and competition research
Under general supervision, analyze data and develop reports
Draft and participate in the presentation of marketing materials including pitches, management presentations and confidential investment memorandum
Work closely with senior client management teams on engagements related to transaction advisory services, capital raises and other strategic advisory work
Job Requirements
An undergraduate degree and demonstrated analytical and quantitative capability from an accredited university or college
Working knowledge of basic market analysis and financial concepts
High level written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal style
High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large scale databases.
Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive
Demonstrated ability to analyze data in Excel and produce PowerPoint presentations
Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects
A team player attitude. Someone who can excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-performance work environment
Experience and educational background
BSC in business, project management and related field
1 year of relevant experience
