The Position

Lori is seeking a hands-on Global Head of People Operations to join the team. In this role you will lead and drive overall People Operations programs with business objectives, serving as a strategic partner of the senior management team while supporting employees’ day to day welfare needs. The Manager will be focused on securing and strengthening the company’s foundation for current and future growth.

Responsibilities

Implement and support company policies, practices and programs with the Executive team

Lead your direct reports in creating an inviting culture and cohesive employee experience

Develop and manage annual budgets for all departments

Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure regulatory compliance

Develop continual performance management and review, with targets and clear measurement creating accountability

Streamline ERP and Manage succession planning in the organization to ensure business continuity for critical positions

Optimize the organisational design and building a scalable process to ensure the business is efficiently structured to enable ambitious growth

Requirements

Passion for Lori’s mission

5+ years’ experience in a similar role

Proven track record of building and developing a People Ops/HR organization

A strategic mind that is focused on execution

Extensive leadership experience and proven track record to develop managers

Attention to detail

Exceptional organizational skills

Exceptional understanding of People Operations Processes

Willingness and ability to get into the weeds and solve the problems at hand if needed

Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively

Bachelor’s Degree

Must be a certified and registered Human Resource practitioner (IHRM and CHRP)
