Looking for Scholarship in U.S.A or Canada

I have a bachelor degree in Information System from Sudan and a diploma in Accounting from Ethiopia. I tried to apply to different universities but the first thing they ask me is about my financial statement which is very difficult for me. So please I need anyone or any well wisher to help me in studying abroad. My ambition is to have another bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT.
