Looking for a Short Course Scholarship/Grant

I have been trying to apply for a scholarship to attend a short course but the sites given are not accessible or are not meant for Zimbabweans. I intent to attend a post harvest short course in Israel in March and am hereby inquiring whether you could assist me or give me the appropriate sites. I am a Zimbabwean pursuing an MPhil in Post harvest Science and Technology . The short course will be a valuable addition of knowledge and will be helpful when I write my dissertation as I will have been exposed to recent technologies and practice son the global industry.
