Long Distance Scholarship in Nutrition, Human Rights and Governance/masters program

I am looking to do a Masters program in Nutrition, Health and Governance through distance learning. I was looking at doing it from a South African university.

I don’t know where to start from. Do I apply directly to a specific university or do you have specific universities you deal with.
