Job Description

The Investor Relations Manager is responsible for managing the relationships between the organization and its investors.

They play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's reputation among the investment community by ensuring timely and accurate communication of financial information and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement an investor relations strategy that supports the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders in the investment community.

Communicate the organization's financial performance, business strategy, and industry trends to investors and analysts through conference calls, webcasts, and other channels.

Prepare and distribute quarterly earnings releases, annual reports, and other financial reports to the investment community.

Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and disclosure obligations.

Monitor analyst reports and market trends to identify issues and opportunities, and communicate these to senior management.

Plan and coordinate investor conferences, roadshows, and other investor events.

Manage the organization's shareholder register, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

Respond to investor inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner as the primary contact.

Develop and maintain an investor relations website that provides investors with timely and accurate information about the organization.

Educational Qualifications, Experience, and Attributed Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in investor relations or related field, with a proven track record of success.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate

complex financial information to a variety of audiences.

Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and financial markets.

Understanding of regulatory requirements and disclosure obligations for public companies.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse financial data and market trends.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
