Job Description
  • The Executive Assistant will be responsible managing for business-related tasks for the team such as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks

    Responsibilities
  • Manage the executives' calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the executives.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
  • Provide logistical support for meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Manage expense reports and other financial documents for the executives.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executives and other departments and stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative and logistical duties as needed.

    Educational Qualifications, Experience, and Attributed Skills
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to organize a daily
    workload by priorities.
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
