Job Description
  • The ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing ESG strategies and initiatives for the organization.
  • They analyze the organization's ESG performance and identify areas for improvement, as well as develop and implement programs to drive sustainable business practices.
  • The ESG Specialist also works closely with other departments to integrate ESG considerations into decision-making processes and to communicate the organization's ESG performance to stakeholders.

    Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ESG strategies and initiatives for the organization.
  • Analyze the organization's ESG performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement programs to drive sustainable business practices and reduce environmental impacts.
  • Work closely with other departments to integrate ESG considerations into decision-making processes.
  • Communicate the organization's ESG performance to stakeholders, including investors, employees, and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in the ESG field and identify opportunities for the organization to advance its ESG performance.
  • Conduct ESG-related research and analysis to support the development of ESG strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to advance the organization's ESG goals.
  • Develop and manage ESG reporting frameworks and processes.
  • Provide training and support to employees on ESG-related topics.

    Educational Qualifications, Experience, and Attributed Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Business Administration.
  • Advanced Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 7 - 10 years of experience in ESG or sustainability-related roles, preferably
    in a related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of ESG issues and standards, including sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ESG information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience developing ESG reporting frameworks and processes.
  • Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with developments in the ESG field
