Green Leaf Logistics Coordinator Job at At Nyayo Tea Zones Development Corporation

Reporting to Factory Manager, the job holder will be responsible for Coordination of green leaf collection and delivery from the Corporation’s farms and out growers to the factory.

Responsibilities for the Green Leaf Logistics Coordinator Job

Route planning

Ensure proper maintenance and servicing of vehicles

Coordination of green leaf collection and delivery

Proper maintenance of green leaf records

Effective utilization of resources and Cost Control

Reliability and availability of quality transport fleet

Enhanced positive corporate image
Maintain records of Out-growers.

Preparation of accurate reports for the Production manager

Green Leaf Logistics Coordinator Job

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical

Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Diploma in Management/Transport Logistics

Five (5) years’ of experience in transport and logistics

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Problem solving skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

A team Player

Computer literate in MS Office and other office applications.

Note:All candidates must meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya on leadership and integrity, and obtain appropriate certification from the;

Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission

Kenya Revenue

Authority (KRA)

Directorate of Criminal Investigations,

High Education Loans Board (HELB).
