Description

We are looking for a SmartPV Engineer who whose responsibility would be;

Provide pre-sales support for smart PV products, supervise installation, commissioning, grid-tied, and acceptance, and manage subsequent maintenance and product technical issues.

Provide customers with technical support for smart PV products through remote or on-site services.

Develop and implement the technical implementation solution of smart PV products, manage related technical issues, and communicate with customers about technologies.

Be responsible for technical contact and skill transfer between

Be responsible for Risk management.

Be responsible for Requirement management.

Requirements

Education Degree: Bachelor's Degree or above

Specialization: Electric/Electricity

Degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in telecom or equivalent degree
3 years of experience in Electricity Systems

Knowledge and Skills:

The following may be Acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:

Excellent English written and spoken communication skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team.

International work and multi-project experience is desired.

Able to do network trouble shooting.

Taking correct procedures in following up on issues, the reason for the fault occurrences and their prevention mechanism.

Able to provide pre-sale support

Competency Requirements:

Must be a committed

individual, able to interact at all levels. Perform other duties as required.

Working Environment / Conditions

Work environment: Computer-based working environment

International and Domestic travel required from time to time

Standby duties are required.
