Roles
  • The Finance Officer is in charge of all financial records of the project, also work with the executive director and program manager in the development of the FY financial planning for the organization

    Responsibilities
  • Track and provide support towards timely preparation and submission of financial reports in line with donor standards( timeliness, accuracy and quality)
  • Responsible for reviewing, managing, and tracking of financial performance effectiveness, and efficiency for Lifetime Caring International Foundation, e.g burn rates, expenditures against approved work plans and budgets.
  • Work with the ED and PM in the development of the FY financial planning for the organization.
  • Work with the PM, SI and other thematic officers to ensure seamless financial operation and reporting.
  • Provision and timely submission of monthly and annual financial reports of the organization.

    Required Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / M.Sc in Financial Management or related field
  • 3-5 Years’ experience as a Finance officer and funding management, Budget management, Excel, Accounting and Reporting, and policy procedures for public health, especially USAID/CDC development projects.
