ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Measure & report performance of digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, Track ROI for marketing campaigns.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Evaluate emerging technologies.
Promote our products and services during events (online/offline).
Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels.
Advertise our company and products/services on various media
Produce marketing copy for our website/social media pages. Maintain social media post calendar.
Monitor corporate website/Mobile Application & social media pages and address clients’ queries.
Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness.
Gather customer feedback to inform sales and customer experience teams.
Study design briefs and determine requirements.
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
Prepare rough drafts and present design ideas. Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs.
Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic.
Test graphics across various media, amend designs after feedback.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Requirements:
B.Sc or Certification in Marketing, Communications. Branding, Digital Marketing, or relevant field.
Proven work experience in similar role.
Familiarity with B2B and B2C digital advertising campaigns.
Hands-on experience with online content management tools.
Experience with marketing campaigns on social media.
Proven working experience
in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Experience in optimizing landing pages/mobile application and user funnels.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Familiarity with design software and technologies (eg. InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Canva).
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Good presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
