Emerging market investment depends on high quality data and the ability to utilise this to enable the most thorough decision making, my client is looking to hire a Data Associate to join the team in Nairobi and help provide a suite of data analysis services to internal teams as well as external clients.

The successful candidate will be able to develop and implement innovative technique to plug information gaps abreast drawing informative insight from their data.

Requirements

Over 3 years professional experience in top tier data consulting or similar

Programming experience in at least one of R, Python, SQL

Experience in geospatial analysis

Applying data science methods to business problems

Applying advanced analytical and statistical methods

Bachelor's degree required
