My client is a Private Equity fund based in Nairobi with operations spanning Africa and a focus on growth capital investments.

They are currently about to undergo a large capital raise for their next fund and have a big appetite for investments with potential for vast returns across sub-Saharan Africa.

They are looking for the top talent to join their team in Nairobi who will aid in the growth of the team as well as full 360 deal exposure.

The successful candidate will have a passion for business growth.

The ability to meticulously analyse data and be able to manage stake holder relationships. Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to

Develop and implement strategies for specific portfolio companies

Extensive financial modelling

Support in origination and execution of potential investment opportunities

Provide on going monitoring of the firm's portfolio

Manage relationship between stake holders
