Job Description

Main Duties

preparation of training in: integrated soil and water management, water use and irrigation system, new technologies for cereals and vegetable production, promotion of small mechanization bees keeping and honey production, fodder bank establishment and fodder group management

Terms of references preparation

Collaboration with local authorities connected with pastoral and agricultural offices and bureau

Ensure the correct follow up of the established groups/cooperatives and development of appropriate format for data collection.

Job Requirements

Minimum of Four Years’ experience on related activities with

BSc in Agriculture related field.

MSc is desirable

He/She has to prove knowledge and experience in:

Agricultural value chain (production and processing

Good Agricultural Practices (GAP)

Training Preparation Skills

Preparation and use of organic fertilizers and bio-organic agricultural practices

Integrated soil and water conservation, intercropping and weed control
