Lan-x Africa Relationship Officer Job in Kenya

Lan-x Africa Limited is a leading consultancy company operating in Kenya. Part of Lan-x Africa’s strategy is to grow through its Strategic Business Divisions operating as Profit Centers.

Consequently, we are now looking for a competent person to join our team as a Relationship officer for the business hub;

Duties and responsibilities

Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers

Maintain and expand client database within the assigned territory

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in Account Management or Sales.

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

B.com, Sales & Marketing, Public Relations degree or equivalent
