Laboratory Access to Complete my Thesis

I am an Ethiopian youngster who followed my MSc program in Genetics stream. I had taken all the required courses and had also collected the samples of wild relatives of rice from Ethiopia for research and testing. I could not however test my sample due to the absence of a well organised laboratory in my university. Please help me locating the up to date laboratory.
