Kwale County Government Enrolled Community Health Nurse III Jobs in Kenya; The Kwale County Public Service Board is recruiting Kenya Registered Community Health Nurses III to deliver comprehensive nursing services and promote community health.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement nursing interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes.

  • Provide healthcare services including IMCI, immunization, PMTCT, antenatal care, and delivery.

  • Offer health education and counselling to patients and communities.

  • Refer patients and clients appropriately.

  • Facilitate admissions and initiate discharge plans.

  • Maintain patient health records.

  • Ensure a tidy and safe clinical environment.

  • Collect and compile health data.

  • Provide comprehensive nursing services in health facilities.

  • Work flexible shifts with strong commitment to patient care.

  • Perform any other relevant duty within the County Health Department.

    Requirements
  • Diploma in Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing, Nursing, Midwifery, Nursing/Midwifery, or Nursing/Mental Health and Psychiatry.

  • Registration certificate with the Nursing Council of Kenya.

  • Valid practicing license.

  • Certificate in Computer Application Skills.
