KPMG East Africa is seeking highly motivated and talented young professionals to join as Associates as part of its Graduate Recruitment Programme. The structured Graduate Programme provides a fun, open culture where associates can bring their great ideas to life.

  • Graduate roles are available in East Africa (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda).

    Applicants minimum requirements

    Tanzania

  • Age: 21-26 years

  • University Requirements: Second Class Upper or GPA of 3.5 and above

  • Graduating Year: 2022 / 2023

  • High School Grade: Minimum
    of division 2 at O’ level, with minimum of B in CSSE with B in English and Maths

    Rwanda

  • Age: 21-26 years

  • University Requirements: Second Class Upper or Cumulative average of 70% and above
    Graduating Year: 2022 / 2023

  • High School Grade: Minimum of B in the principal subjects of Senior Secondary School / A2 certificate

    Kenya

  • Age: 21-26 years

  • University Requirements: Second Upper or GPA equivalent of 3.0 and above

  • Graduating Year: 2022 / 2023

  • High School Grade: Minimum of B with B in English and Maths

    Uganda

  • Age: 21-26 years

  • University Requirements: Second Class Upper or CGPA of 4.0 and above

  • Graduating Year: 2022 / 2023

  • High School Grade: Credits in English and Maths and a minimum of 14 Points

  • Professional qualifications are an added advantage.Candidates who have undertaken international exams at the high school level are also eligible to apply.
